Der Begriff Nachstellung oder englisch Stalking bezeichnet hierzulande das willentliche und wiederholte Verfolgen oder Belästigen einer Person, deren physische und/oder psychische Unversehrtheit dadurch unmittelbar, mittelbar oder langfristig bedroht und geschädigt werden kann.
